- Freezing Rain & Glazed Ice: A high risk of icy roads is active through this morning and midday for Ida-Viru, Jõgeva, Järva, Lääne-Viru, Põlva, Rapla, Tartu, Valga, Viljandi, and Võru counties.
- Snowstorms: Dense snowfall and blowing snow are affecting Ida-Viru and Lääne-Viru counties, with warnings valid until 15:00 today.
- Strong Winds: Gusts of up to 15 m/s are expected across most inland counties until late afternoon. Coastal areas and marine zones (including the Northern Baltic Sea, Gulf of Finland, and Moonsund) will see gusts between 15-18 m/s, causing wave heights of up to 3 meters in open waters.
